Is it really free?

This service is entirely free to use for individuals with an access code.

An individual’s access will have been sponsored by an organisation such as an NHS Health Board, a School or and employer. We will require them to register for an annual subscription.

Is it really easy and quick?

Yes, it is very simple to use. You are guided through to answering only the symptoms that you are have. It should only take a few minutes.

How can I share my data with my doctor?

You can show your history to your doctor from your smartphone. You can send them a PDF or paper copy printed from the App.

Additional services provided by some employers: The downloadmydata.co.uk service which will allow them to download your data directly if you given them access.

Can I share my data with my family or best friend?

Yes, you can share your data with whoever you like, it does not just need to be your doctor. You decide.
